The Chalet is a a two-floor, 5,100 square feet multi-use commercial building that has 3,300 square feet of newly constructed building along with 1,825 square feet of pre-existing chalet-style structure with high ceilings. The first floor is divided into a lower and an upper level. The lower level, located in the front of the building, is a store space that measures 1,825 square feet. The upper level, located in the rear of the building, is a retail space that measures 1,786 square feet. The upper and lower levels of the first-floor retail space are available to rent separately from the second floor. The second floor consists of 1,525 square feet of office space. All construction has been approved by the Pennsylvania Labor and Industry for handicap accessibility. The Borough of Milford fully approved all work completed—including new electrical work, plumbing systems, and emergency exits—to meet the Borough's building codes.
